Supporting the overall discipline specific Learning management of the operation
Mine Blasting and Full Blasting licence training assessment coordination and pass out.
Underground trackless mobile equipment training assessment coordination and pass out.
Mining skills training and facilitation of mining related disciplines training
Compiling and implementing the operational skills training aspects of a workplace skills plan.
Conducting operational competency training assessments and audits.
Implementing and supervision of operational mining skills development on the job coaching
Ensuring that the competency framework used for training is technically sound as well as complying with legal requirements.
Ensuring that the training material and delivery is of a high quality through regular audits and feedback from line management.
Providing recommended guidelines for learning and development
Consistently applying and maintaining safety health and environment principles and standards for the mine.
Qualifications :
Diploma / Degree in Mining
At least 5 years experience in underground mining operations
Competent in mine HR systems and related legislation
Competent in Learning function systems related to the role
Computer literate for role including SAP Learning
Clean Class 4 drivers license
