Job Description
The facilitation/execution and delivery of all supervisory engineering skills and technical training
. Supporting the overall discipline specific Learning management of the operation
Coordinating the running of fit for purpose Engineering Graduate and Apprenticeship development programs.
Trackless mobile equipment training assessment coordination and pass out.
Engineering skills training and facilitation of engineering related disciplines training
Compiling and implementing the operational skills training aspects of a workplace skills plan.
Conducting operational competency training assessments and audits.
Implementing and supervision of operational engineering skills on the job coaching
Ensuring that the competency framework used for training is technically sound as well as complying with legal requirements.
Ensuring that the training material and delivery is of a high quality through regular audits and feedback from line management.
Providing recommended guidelines for learning and development
Consistently applying and maintaining safety health and environment principles and standards for the mine.
Qualifications :
Diploma / Degree in Engineering
At least 5 years working experience as an artisan or engineering foreman
Competent in mine HR systems and related legislation
Competent in Learning function systems related to the role
Computer literate for role including SAP Learning
Clean Class 4 drivers license
