Opportunity General Manager / Personal Assistant
Remote (with travel to Harare Vic Falls and Bulawayo)
Full-Time Position
About the Role:
A forward-thinking entrepreneur with multiple business ventures including high-end construction business rescue and commodities trading is seeking a highly capable and tech-savvy General Manager / Personal Assistant. This is a dynamic hands-on role offering broad exposure and significant growth potential for someone versatile proactive and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operations across multiple businesses
- Participate in site visits; assist with scanning and preparation for 3D rendering presentations
- Join and manage online client meetings
- Oversee administrative functions including bookkeeping accounts and coordination daily operations
- Travel occasionally to Harare Bulawayo and Victoria Falls
- Training and mentorship will be provided
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Aged ideally in their 20s to early 30s
- Energetic adaptable and quick to learn
- Tech-savvy and confident using digital tools AI platforms and online meeting systems
- Background in administration bookkeeping and general office management
- Comfortable with occasional travel and on-the-ground responsibilities
