Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and career driven recent graduate to join our client as a Graduate Trainee - Human Resources.
Salary and Benefits:
  • USD 350 Gross
Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment onboarding employee relations disciplinary processes payroll processing.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Contribute to organisational development initiatives and employee engagementactivities.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.
Key Skills:
  • Strong interest in human resources functions such as recruitment employee relations training and HR administration.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team-orientedenvironment.
  • High level of integrity professionalism and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Excel Word and familiarity with HR software(e.g. Belina Payroll).
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial and Organisational Psychology or a related field.
