- Support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment onboarding employee relations disciplinary processes payroll processing.
- Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Contribute to organisational development initiatives and employee engagementactivities.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.

- Good communication skills both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Excel Word and familiarity with HR software(e.g. Belina Payroll).

Qualifications:
- A Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial and Organisational Psychology or a related field.
