Job Description

We are looking for a career-driven ICT Administrator to join our clients team.
Salary and Benefits:
  • USD 500 net
Responsibilities:
  • Install configure and maintain desktops laptops printers routers switches and mobile devices
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues including replacements and upgrades
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to users across various departments
  • Maintain IT inventory records and oversee hardware life cycles
  • Implement and maintain data backup procedures and IT security protocols
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and participate in audits or risk assessments
  • Support software deployments updates and license management
  • Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and warranty services
Key Skills:
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support with a strong emphasis on hardware systems
  • Hands-on experience with servers routers switches and general networking
  • Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux OS and Active Directory support
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A N or Microsoft MCP/MCSA are an added advantage
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
