We are looking for a career-driven ICT Administrator to join our clients team.

Responsibilities:
- Install configure and maintain desktops laptops printers routers switches and mobile devices
- Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues including replacements and upgrades
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to users across various departments
- Maintain IT inventory records and oversee hardware life cycles
- Implement and maintain data backup procedures and IT security protocols
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and participate in audits or risk assessments
- Support software deployments updates and license management
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and warranty services
Key Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support with a strong emphasis on hardware systems
- Hands-on experience with servers routers switches and general networking
- Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux OS and Active Directory support
- Certifications such as CompTIA A N or Microsoft MCP/MCSA are an added advantage
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
