Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share and achieve set sales targets
- Identify and approach new customers in retail hospitality wholesale and catering sectors
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Promote the full range of meat products including beef pork poultry and processed meats
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor product performance and gather customer feedback
- Negotiate pricing contracts and terms with customers within company guidelines
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and threats
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery
- Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene and cold chain standards throughout the sales process

Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
- Must have experience more than 5 years experience as a Sales Manager
- Must have experience working in FMCG
