Key Responsibilities:
Risk Identification & Analysis:
Conduct risk assessments and audits across operations to identify potential causes of loss accidents and liability.
Policy Development:
Develop and enforce loss control policies procedures and safety standards in line with regulatory and company requirements.
Incident Investigation:
Lead investigations into accidents near-misses and incidents to determine root causes and corrective actions.
Training & Awareness:
Design and deliver loss control and safety training programs for employees and contractors.
Reporting & Compliance:
Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations and insurance requirements. Prepare reports on loss trends and corrective actions.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Liaise with insurance providers safety inspectors legal teams and other stakeholders regarding risk assessments claims and compliance matters.
Loss Trend Analysis:
Track and analyze incidents and claims data to identify recurring patterns and recommend strategic interventions.

Proficient in incident tracking and risk management software
Key Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Risk Management Occupational Health & Safety Industrial Engineering Insurance or a related field.
Minimum 5 7 years experience in loss control health and safety or risk management.
