Job Description
Our client is looking for a Sales Manager with experience in the automobile industry to join their team in Zimbabwe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automobile sales deal closure and customer retention.
Salary
- $1 000
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting hiring training and leading a team of automobile salespeople.
- Setting and tracking sales goals ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Coaching and providing guidance to improve sales performance.
- Forecasting sales and planning strategies for upcoming periods.
- Managing CRM to retain customers and pursue new leads.
- Organizing regular sales meetings and reports for management review
- Leading marketing efforts to grow the Two-Wheeler category
Prerequisites:
- Degree in Sales Marketing or Management (preferred)
- Proven ability to exceed sales quotas
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of inventory control and digital marketing
