The purpose of this job is to manage a team driving sell-in sell-out and off-take in a defined geography to execute defined GTM models channel strategy and defined off-take programmes to deliver planned profitable growth through volume revenue and mix while ensuring productivity of assets deployed in the market POST/Eeden etc.
Monitor distribution growth product mix invoicing and credit parameters.
Identify gaps in operations and support action plan implementation.
Assess distributor infrastructure and team capability (proprietor manager TO DSR).
Track territory-level activities: beat adherence SLAs discount & promotion compliance.
Support capability building via training on product sales processes and complaint management.
Ensure retailer profitability through effective discount/rebate deployment and loyalty initiatives.
Drive adherence to SOPs and mandated tools (CRM DERP etc.).
Use MIS reports for performance tracking and corrective actions.
Monitor asset productivity related to sales support tools and in-store equipment.
