We are looking for a career-driven Human Resouces Business Partner to join our clients team.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement performance management (KRAs/KPIs) and productivity enhancement systems.
- Regularly update KRAs in relation to changes in jobs and processes.
- Collect and submit Scorecards for payroll monthly.
- Monitor the completion and implementation of action plans from monthly performance reviews.
- Coordinate annual performance reviews for all salaried staff.
- Champion change in the business through the design and implementation of people strategies to drive business strategy.
- Drive organizational culture in support of strategic goals and manage associated change processes.
- Establish reporting relationships develop appropriate job grading parameters and build manpower planning programs.
- Develop job profiles in consultation with HODs and Human Resources Manager.
- Advertise job vacancies in all agreed channels including on our website.
- Coordinate shortlisting with HODs and Human Resources Manager.
- Plan and manage the interview process.
- Administer written assignments for candidates.
- Conduct reference checks to assess suitability and best approach to placing and managing prospective staff.
- Assist in drafting final contracts and administer appointments.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Coordinate offboarding (separations).
Key Skills:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources
- A clear understanding of the retail/FMCG industry and Performance Management Systems.
Qualifications:
- First Class Social Science Degree or equivalent. IPMZ Diploma/HND in Human Resources Management is an added advantage.
