Duties and responsibilities:

- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.

- Utilize industry tools and programs to manage leads and track progress.
Qualifications and experience:
- 3 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in a hunter sales role with a focus on generating new business.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High standards for professionalism and presentation.
- Basic computer skills including proficiency with industry tools and programs.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and processes.
- Familiarity with marketing and advertising best practices.
