Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate training sessions in line with the curriculum forOccupational Certificate: Software Developer (SAQA ID:118707).
- Deliver engaging and interactive sessions that enhance learning andcomprehension.
- Assess and monitor learner progress providing feedback andsupport where needed.
- Ensure all training materials are effectively utilized and tailored tomeet learner needs.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance assessments and learnerprogress.
- Support learners in achieving their theoretical and practicalmilestones.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure smooth deliveryof the learnership program
- A relevant qualification inSystems Development Software Development or related fields (NQF Level 6 or higher preferred).
- Accredited as a facilitator with a valid ETDP SETA facilitatorcertification.
- At least 2 years of experience facilitating learnerships or similar training programs.
- Practical experience in software development or IT-related roles.
- Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in facilitating diverse learners in a professional and supportive manner.
- Experience in mentoring and supporting learners in both theoretical
and practical training environments - Based in or willing to travel to Upington Northern Cape for theduration of the program (Contract Duration: 12 Months)
