Coordinate new hire orientations including preparation of materials logistics and training attendance records.
Support the delivery of training and development programs.
Assist in collecting employee feedback to evaluate training effectiveness.
1.2. Talent Acquisition
Support the recruitment process for intern positions (CV screening interview arrangements offer preparation onboarding support etc.).
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand internship requirements and ensure timely hiring.
Assist in maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment progress.
1.3. Employer Branding
Assist in organizing job fairs career days and other recruitment-related events.
Support employer branding activities and initiatives.
1.4. Other Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
Support the preparation of HR reports (weekly/monthly) as required.
Participate in HR projects and other tasks as assigned.
