We are seeking a full-time Marketing Customer Support who will act as a liaison to provide services information answer questions and resolve any problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
To be successful in the role the Marketing Customer Support should take extra miles to engage customers and perform a range of ads operations duties to support in delivering campaigns in full.
YOUR MAIN DUTIES:
- Manage large amounts of emails on a daily basis
- Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure resolutions
- Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies and identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Keep records of customer interactions process customer accounts and file documents
- Refer issues and questions to management if necessary
Requirements
- English fluency is a must
- At least one year of relevant experience but fresh graduates with background of Digital Marketing or related fields are also welcome to apply
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/ respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-tasks prioritize and manage time effectively
