Job Description
Experian Employer Services is hiring Senior Billing Analysts in Costa Rica to support billing operations for our SaaS product portfolio. Youll interpret contracts validate service orders and ensure accurate invoicing. You will report to the Sr. Director of Client Operations based in California US.
Main Responsibilities
- Interpret client contracts to define billing terms pricing structures and service commitments.
- Validate service orders and billing configurations to ensure agreement on contractual agreements.
- Prepare monthly billing files with accurate data inputs for centralized processing.
- Manage billing inquiries and escalations professionally through case management systems like Salesforce.
- Review invoices to confirm all billable items are correctly captured and coded.
- Collaborate across teams and support process improvements to enhance billing accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications :
- 6 years of experience in billing operations contract analysis or financial operations in a complex business setting.
- Expertise in SaaS recurring revenue models or services-based billing environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas data prep file validation).
- Experience interpreting legal and financial documents related to pricing and billing.
- Advanced English level with the ability to explain complex billing issues to both technical and non-technical partners.
- Familiarity with systems like Salesforce (case management) and Oracle E-Business Suite (ERP).
Ideal Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience working in shared services BPO or a billing center of excellence.
- Knowledge of billing configuration file prep invoice reconciliation and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI Oracle OBIEE).
- Background in documenting and improving business processes. Exposure to Agile or other structured project delivery methods.
