Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile IT Solutions Manager to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in understanding business requirements managing software releases and implementing offtheshelf solutions to address business challenges. This role requires a strong technical background in software development particularly within framework as well as a keen understanding of data and its strategic value to the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Software Release Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for managing software releases akin to a Product Owner.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements prioritize features and define release schedules.
- Ensure that software releases align with business objectives and deliver value to stakeholders.
Business Analysis and Solution Implementation:
- Develop a deep understanding of the organizations business processes and challenges.
- Identify opportunities for leveraging offtheshelf solutions to solve business problems.
- Evaluate recommend and implement software solutions that align with business goals and requirements.
Technical Expertise:
- Possess a strong technical background particularly in software development within framework.
- Collaborate with software developers to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
- Review and assess the technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
Data Management:
- Recognize the strategic value of data within the organization.
- Collaborate with data analysts and data engineers to leverage data for business insights and decisionmaking.
- Ensure data security integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
Documentation and Communication:
- Maintain clear and organized documentation of requirements solutions and processes.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and milestones.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience in software release management and project coordination preferably in an Agile environment.
- Strong technical skills including proficiency in framework.
- Excellent business analysis and problemsolving abilities.
- Familiarity with data management principles and practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in crossfunctional teams.
- Project management or Agile certification is a plus.
