Group Marketing Coordinator
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Marketing Business or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 10 years of relevant experience (advantageous).
- Must have own transport.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote new and existing products.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and adherence to the Companys brand strategy.
- Monitor the Companys digital footprint including social media platforms website updates and content performance.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities assess competitive landscapes and drive innovation.
- Keep up to date with AI advancements and marketing trends to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Campaign & Content Management
- Oversee the planning execution and performance tracking of all TTL (ThroughTheLine) marketing campaigns including ATL (AboveTheLine) such as TV radio and billboards as well as BTL (BelowTheLine) such as print digital and events.
- Manage the development design distribution and tracking of marketing materials.
- Assist in brainstorming creative advertising concepts with senior management.
- Ensure the company website remains fresh and relevant with uptodate content.
- Event & Promotion Coordination
- Organize promotional events trade shows and internal staff events to support brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage The Company Ezintsha Sleep Clinic overseeing endtoend execution.
- Manage the Companys online merchandising store overseeing endtoend execution including selection advertising and distribution.
- Budget & Performance Management
- Track and manage the groups marketing budget ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Provide monthly reports comparing actual spend vs. budgeted figures.
- Analyse marketing data and campaign performance to measure effectiveness and optimise future strategies.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a liaison between internal teams field representatives retailers and key stakeholders.
- Support database development social media platforms and content marketing initiatives.
- Assist with ad hoc marketingrelated requests and problemsolving.
