Job Description
Introduction
A leading national brand in the automotive and energy solutions sector is seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Retail Store Manager to oversee its retail stores daily operations and profitability based in Empangeni. This wellestablished organisation thrives on delivering customer excellence operational efficiency and sustainable growth through teamwork integrity and innovation.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive strategic store operations to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Monitor and maintain merchandise availability pricing policies and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal controls.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers suppliers and stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage inventory contracts and financial reports to support datadriven decisions.
- Lead and manage staff performance training and development.
- Oversee the implementation of security measures and risk management.
- Promote costefficiency and contribute to the stores budget planning and expenditure control.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Minimum Education: Grade 12 / Matric.
- Preferred: Diploma in Business Administration Sales or Marketing.
- Experience:
- At least 5 years experience in retail sales and/or marketing.
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Skills:
- Computer literacy (MS Office Suite).
- Excellent communication (verbal and written).
- Strong leadership problemsolving planning and organisational abilities.
