Job Description
- Lead and manage a group of 5 restaurants to achieve business objectives.
- Drive performance through coaching mentoring and leadership of Restaurant General Managers.
- Ensure consistent compliance with operational standards food safety and hygiene requirements.
- Implement and monitor company policies procedures and brand standards across all stores.
- Analyse and interpret operational reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Set and monitor sales labour and profitability targets for each location.
- Ensure delivery of an exceptional customer experience across all sites.
- Recruit train and develop team members in collaboration with HR.
- Lead store audits and ensure readiness for internal and external inspections.
- Champion a high-performance results-driven culture.
Requirements
- KFC Certified Area Manager (essential applicants without this certification will not be considered).
- Minimum 3-5 years of multi-unit QSR management experience preferably a similar fast-paced franchise environment.
- Strong leadership communication and people management skills.
- Proven track record in achieving operational and financial KPIs.
- Valid driver s license and willingness to travel within the Boland region.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Worcester.
