Job Description
Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a Junior Marketing Assistant for a prestigious luxury wine estate based in Johannesburg. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and motivated individual who is passionate about marketing enjoys client interaction and has an interest in the wine and lifestyle industry.
Requirements:
National Senior Certificate (Matric / Grade 12)
Fluent in Afrikaans and English both written and spoken
Must be willing to work over weekends at promotions activations functions and other marketing events
Availability to travel locally as required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Solid administrative skills and attention to detail
Must have own transport and a valid driver s licence
Key Responsibilities:
Provide service to existing clients including merchandising aisle packing ensuring correct pricing and taking orders for a variety of products such as wine olive goods balsamic vinegar tea and similar items
Perform general administrative tasks and provide support to the marketing team
Report directly to lead marketers and assist in executing daily marketing activities
Conduct route planning and travel to clients on a daily basis to maintain and build relationships
Represent the estate professionally at events and brand activations
Offer Includes:
A basic salary with additional commission earned on direct sales
