Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing and branding efforts in the truck upfitting industry. This role plays a key part in promoting our products and services through digital channels maintaining an engaging online presence and assisting with media production and content creation. The ideal candidate has interest for trucks attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Job Summary: The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing effective marketing strategies assisting with campaign development analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign and developing lead generation programs. Play an integral role in building and engaging the companys customer base and creating effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of the Company. Job Responsibilities: - Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
- Write and edit content for digital and print marketing campaigns (e.g. product brochures blog posts).
- Design graphics for promotions events and product highlights using Canva Adobe Suite or similar tools.
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional materials events and campaigns.
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media e-mail tradeshows etc.).
- Assist with SEO updates and ensure content is optimized for search performance.
- Maintain and update website content including new product pages service descriptions and blog/news posts.
- Coordinate with web developers or platforms (e.g. WordPress) for technical changes or enhancements.
- Create schedule and manage engaging social media posts across platforms (LinkedIn TruckPaper etc.).
- Maintaining and updating YouTube sites as new videos are created or sent in.
- Help manage photo/video shoots.
- Track and report on social media engagement web traffic and campaign performance.
- Assist with event promotion and occasional in-person support (e.g. trade shows open houses).
- Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics company inventorying stock placing orders verifying receipt etc.
- Maintain marketing assets library (photos videos logos templates etc.).
- Assists in creating and executing marketing plan strategy and advertising campaigns.
Skills required: - 13 years of experience in marketing content creation or related field.
- Proficiency with social media platforms.
- Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut CapCut).
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress).
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
- Self-driven able to accomplish goals with minimal supervision
- Bonus: Knowledge or enthusiasm for trucks aviation or truck upfitting.

- The Marketing Coordinator occasionally works on time sensitive projects and it is expected that he or she will work any/all hours as required to complete projects as directed (i.e. occasionally earlier and/or later work hours may be required).
The Marketing Coordinator is required to office in Kansas City MO and shall report to the Sales and Marketing Manager at SkyMark Companies. SkyMark Refuelers is a market leading manufacturer of custom work trucks serving the aviation refueling liquid waste removal hi-rail maintenance direct-to-locomotive refueling and refined fuel delivery industries. With its headquarters in Kansas City Missouri SkyMark also operates a world-class aviation refueler facility in Findlay Ohio along with a tank plant in Sullivan Illinois.
