Service incoming calls from existing clients be it general queries or complaints in an efficient professional competent manner to upsell on every individual call to the existing client with the purpose of increasing the premiums in accordance with the quality standards that are in place and in accordance with the values of OUTsurance.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Matric qualification or equivalent qualification
- Completed FAIS accreditation is essential
- FAIS Regulatory Exams (RE5) is essential

Required Competencies & Personal Attributes:
- Extensive Sales and Customer service experience is essential
- Previous call centre experience - preferably in a client centric or sales environment
- Previous experience in the insurance industry would be advantageous
- Responsible to up-sell existing policies

- Preferably a candidate with experience in short term insurance.
