Our client in the telecom sector is seeking Project Administrator on contract duration of 9 months.
The Project Administrator will support the function by assisting the Project Manager and project team in the planning execution and completion of IT-related projects. This role involves coordinating project activities managing schedules and ensuring that all project documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project administration or a similar role preferably within an IT environment.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Familiarity with IT project management tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with project management software (e.g. MS Project Asana Trello).
- Certification in project management (e.g. CAPM PMP).
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and software development processes.
- This position may require occasional travel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
