Job Description

Qualifications-
IT Degree and/or relevant qualifications

Minimum 8 years experience in SAP MM

SAP MM Certification
-
Proven expertise and solid experience in SAP MM
-
Certification in SAP MM
-
Deep understanding of the Materials Management module
-
Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
-
SAP S/4HANA experience
-
SAP Materials Management Module configuration
-
Functional documentation development
-
Analytical and problem-solving skills for SAP module issues
-
Configuration of SAP module processes
-
Maintenance and updates of SAP functional documentation
-
End-user authorization role analysis and scoping
-
Unit testing integration testing and system integration security testing
-
Proactively proposing improvements for business process support
-
ABAP debugging (Workbench enhancement knowledge)
-
Configure SAP MM module as per business requirements
-
Understand and document current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) business processes
-
Define and configure MM organization structures (e.g. Purchase Organization Valuation Areas Storage Locations)
-
Analyze and provide solutions for MM-related business processes
-
Maintain up-to-date SAP MM functional documentation
-
Conduct system testing: unit tests integration tests and security tests
-
Monitor systems including IDoc monitoring and processing
-
Work within Agile methodologies sprints scrum meetings retrospectives in a DevOps environment
-
Perform integration testing with other SAP modules
-
Understand and process interfaces IDocs and RFCs
-
Prepare cut-over strategies for MM objects
-
Create user manuals and train business process owners
-
Support go-live preparation and post go-live activities
-
Communicate with clients via meetings calls and emails
-
Manage tickets and tasks ensuring SLA adherence
-
Troubleshoot system issues and provide production support
-
Execute configuration-based system changes
-
Analyze and resolve production support calls
-
Raise change requests (CRs) and develop functional specs
-
Prepare and test CR-related data
-
Conduct regression testing
-
Collaborate with consultants from other modules
-
Design and implement user interface transactional solutions
