It requires a high level of autonomy initiative and adaptability within a dynamic and fast-paced construction environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years in HR and payroll
- Payroll is essential
- Must be proactive hands-on and solutions-focused
- Ability to identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate
- Skilled at creating and implementing systems and procedures
