Job Description
This role is ideal for a strategic detail-oriented leader who can manage supplier relationships source high-quality and cost-effective ingredients and ensure a consistent supply of products while driving procurement excellence sustainability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute a procurement strategy aligned with operational and budgetary needs.
- Source food and beverage supplies (including seafood groceries and packaging) from both local and global suppliers.
- Build strong long-term supplier partnerships and negotiate favorable terms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain finance and menu development teams.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety health and quality standards.
- Drive cost optimization inventory forecasting and performance tracking initiatives.
- Support the companys sustainability and customer experience goals through efficient sourcing practices.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Bachelors degree or higher in procurement supply chain management hospitality business or a related field (advanced qualifications advantageous).
- Minimum of 5 years procurement experience within the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
- Proven track record in cost management supplier negotiations and procurement process optimization.
- Highly analytical detail-oriented and financially savvy.
- Excellent communication collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for food sustainability and delivering exceptional customer service.
