We are now looking for a Head of Procurement who plays an integral part in the developing and driving the group-wide procurement strategies.
As our Head of Procurement we will rely you to:
- Develop the procurement strategy for the Group in achieving cost efficiency
- Balance management strategies for cost containment with product quality logistics and customer requirements
- Identify and realize the cost-saving and cost-reduction opportunities
- Maintain systematic analytical and results-based method for monitoring suppliers performance
- Create and improve best-practice based processes.
- Improve existing management of procurement systems by applying e-commerce strategy.
- Manage procurement staff in (and across) sourcing contracting transactional purchasing supplier management and miscellaneous internal procurement support activities.
We are looking for someone who is/ has:
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain or equivalent
- Minimum of 15 years of procurement with solid management experience in MNCs.
- Deep expertise in Supply Chain Management and strong familiarization with various supply chain operation processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to collaborate negotiate think strategically make decisions.
- Ability to work at both strategic level & execute tactically as required.
- Good command of Chinese and English both in written and verbally.
- Work in agile fast-paced environment and highly collaborative.
