Job Description
Lead the design development and deployment of electrical systems for the company s key technology products including EV charging stations and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
Electrical Engineering Management:
Oversee and assign tasks to the electrical engineering team ensuring timelines quality standards and coordination with related departments (mechanical software automation etc.).
Approve key electrical design documents including:
Single Line Diagrams (SLD)
Wiring diagrams
Electrical cabinet layouts
Control and protection systems
Ensure compliance with international and local standards (IEC TCVN) including lightning protection overvoltage/overcurrent protection and electrical safety regulations.
Review and optimize the design of key electrical components such as inverters MCBs contactors protective relays BMS (Battery Management System) and EMS (Energy Management System).
Technical Solution Development:
Collaborate closely with the business team to analyze technical requirements from B2B clients.
Recommend appropriate system configurations including AC/DC coupled setups and hybrid solutions integrating BESS solar PV and EV chargers.
Participate in client presentations solution justifications and technical discussions with partners or suppliers.
Implementation & Operations Support:
Work with production assembly and QA teams to ensure products match design specifications.
Provide technical support for issue resolution commissioning and incorporate feedback from field operations to improve designs.
Develop and continuously improve technical documentation including installation guides operational checklists and maintenance procedures.
Team Leadership & Development:
Recruit train mentor and evaluate electrical engineers to build a highperforming team.
Establish standardized workflows and internal engineering protocols to ensure consistency and quality in electrical system design.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering Power Systems Automation Energy or a related technical field.
Minimum 5 years of handson experience in designing and implementing industrial electrical systems or industrial electronic products including at least 2 years in a team leadership or management role.
Candidates with experience working on EV charging stations electrical cabinets inverters Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) or hybrid systems (PV BESS EV chargers) are highly valued.
Proficient in electrical design software such as AutoCAD Electrical EPLAN or equivalent tools.
Solid understanding of industrial electrical safety standards and relevant international codes (e.g. IEC TCVN).
Strong project management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both internal teams and external clients.
Analytical and systematic thinking detailoriented and continuously seeking improvement.
Proven team leadership and people development capabilities.
