Our client is a leading media company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Leadership & Department Management
Oversee the full scope of Media Development operations including strategic planning resource distribution and team supervision.
Provide guidance and accountability to the team ensuring departmental objectives are met effectively and on time.
Take charge of hiring onboarding coaching performance reviews and recommending recognition or disciplinary actions for team members.
Invest in the development of key personnel and implement talent succession plans for leadership continuity.
Design and enforce structured streamlined and professional management workflows.
Business & Partnership Development
Take the lead in engaging and negotiating with property stakeholders such as residential buildings office complexes supermarkets for the installation and renewal of digital advertising displays.
Ensure client/partner care maintain and expand long-term cooperative relationships with key stakeholders (e.g. real estate developers building managers).
Operational Coordination
Work closely with internal departments to address arising operational challenges and continuously improve productivity.
Champion cross-departmental collaboration to strengthen organizational performance and alignment.
Represent the company in meetings with stakeholders such as government agencies industry departments and clients.
University degree or higher preferably in Communications Business Administration Marketing Advertising Finance Law etc.
Proficiency in at least two of the following language pairs: Chinese-English Chinese-Vietnamese or Vietnamese-English. Strong preference is given to Chinese bilingual candidates.
A proven track record with at least 8 years in senior/mid-level management roles at major corporations; background in media advertising or real estate is a plus.
Minimum 5 years experience in market development partner relations or similar senior-level business roles.
Non-Vietnamese candidates must have at least 6 years of work experience in Vietnam or Southeast Asia.
Candidates with established networks and experience working with real estate developers will be highly valued.
Strategic mindset strong leadership multicultural communication and excellent execution skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams cultivate talent and drive performance through motivation and structure.
Excellent communication analytical thinking problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Empowered to act on behalf of the company in dealings with strategic partners clients and government stakeholders as per role scope.
