Job Description
Job Title: Financial Advisor & Business Development Manager
Location: Remote/U.S. (Priority in Austin Dallas Charlotte Greensboro or Louisville)

Were seeking a driven and experienced Financial Advisor & Business Developer to join our clients expanding team. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset a proven book of business and a passion for delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clients all while collaborating within a high-performance team.
This is more than a traditional advisory role. Youll benefit from operational support equity opportunities and access to senior-level resources to help you land and manage complex relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage your personal book of business with a focus on high-net-worth (HNW) clients
- Deliver comprehensive financial planning portfolio analysis and strategic investment recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to close complex deals and provide exceptional client service
- Represent the firms values growth strategy and team-based client model
- Participate in strategic growth planning
- Work toward leading or establishing a branch office in a high-growth market
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience as a licensed financial advisor
- Series 7 and 66 licenses required
- $250K in trailing 12-month revenue
- Minimum 10 HNW clients (>$1MM in household advisory relationships)
- 10 financial plans completed in the past 12 months
- $25MM in current total Assets Under Management (AUM)
- Strong understanding of industry trends and desire to grow within an equity-sharing model
- Clear confident communication skills and a passion for wealth management
Compensation & Growth Path:
