Our client is a top-notch technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Design Tailored ITSM Systems: Leverage the Atlassian suite to build customized workflows service portals and knowledge hubs that support the bank s digital service infrastructure.
Optimize Operational Processes: Continuously evaluate and refine incident handling change management and service request procedures to boost efficiency and service quality.
Act as Atlassian Product Lead: Serve as the primary administrator and subject-matter expert for Jira Service Management Confluence Jira and Jira Product Discovery ensuring optimal functionality and user satisfaction.
Enable Cross-Team Integration: Partner with engineering cybersecurity and operations teams to embed ITSM frameworks into the broader digital banking ecosystem.
Drive Innovation: Keep pace with evolving features in the Atlassian environment and implement best practices to enhance IT service delivery.
At least 4 - 5 years of experience with solid hands-on background in managing Jira Service Management and Confluence in a production environment.
Working knowledge of ITIL standards and how they apply in enterprise IT environments.
Demonstrated ability to diagnose issues and propose practical scalable solutions.
Capable of conveying complex systems in a user-friendly manner to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Familiarity with digital banking systems or financial technology operations is a strong plus.
