Job Description
This role exists to help aspiring 3D artists gain hands-on experience ensuring they build practical skills through real work on Sniper Fury. The purpose is to support asset creation and assist the art team in delivering high-quality visuals that meet both artistic and technical standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Study 3D game art fundamentals and different game art styles
- Learn and practice 3D modeling and texturing based on concept art
- Support the art team in creating 3D assets under production guidelines
- Collaborate with game designers art directors and other team members
- Understand and adapt to platform limitations and game art pipelines
- Meet deadlines/milestones as set by the project leads
Qualifications :
- Currently studying a relevant field (3D Art Game Art Multimedia Animation etc.)
- Basic to intermediate skills in Autodesk 3ds Max (mandatory)
- Familiarity with UV mapping and basic texturing
- Basic to intermediate skills in Substance Painter (strongly advised)
- Open to learning baking rendering and game asset preparation
- Able to communicate effectively and work in a team
- Positive attitude toward feedback and improvement
- Passion for video games and 3D asset creation.

- Work location: Lilama 10 Tower 56 To Huu Nam Tu Liem Ha Noi (hybrid working model)
- Working time: Monday - Friday
