Our client is a leading electronic company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Conduct testing and support the deployment of software tools developed by the IT team aimed at enhancing manufacturing efficiency (Lean initiatives).
Serve as the key liaison between R&D and production teams to identify improvement needs gather feedback and address operational challenges.
Recommend modifications to system functionalities to better align with production requirements.
Provide on-site support for system implementation including user training and issue resolution.
Assist in overseeing project timelines resource allocation and performance evaluation for initiatives related to Lean manufacturing or production IT systems.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
A Bachelors degree or higher in Industrial Engineering Computer Engineering Information Technology or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting with a preference for candidates who have held supervisory or team leadership roles.
Proficiency in Chinese or English with Chinese being a strong advantage.
Solid understanding of industrial factory production processes.
Basic IT knowledge including familiarity with internal networks computer setup and the architecture of production-related software systems.
A proactive innovative mindset with foundational knowledge of project management.
Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
Open to business travel to China for training purposes.
