Drives the execution of integrated marketing and communication initiatives to support brand positioning revenue generation and guest engagement. Oversees the production and rollout of campaigns and creative assets ensuring alignment across departments and with Fairmont brand standards. Acts as a key liaison between internal teams creative partners and media stakeholders to ensure impactful timely and brand-consistent marketing output.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the production schedules for all marketing and communication materials to ensure timely delivery and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Coordinate and support the execution of brand content and visual assets across internal departments and external partners.
- Manage vendor relationships including coordination of contracts billing production orders and creative service providers.
- Maintain and continuously update the internal media asset library (photos videos branding tools) to ensure ease of access and brand consistency.
- Provide logistical support for campaign rollouts on-property events photo/video shoots and hotel activations.
- Support the Director of Marketing & Communications (DOMC) in developing creative concepts for campaigns event themes and brand storytelling.
- Organize and supervise on-site events and promotional activities from planning through execution.
- Support DOMC in monitoring and ensure that all printed and digital materials strictly adhere to brand and corporate identity guidelines.
- Assist the DOMC in managing KOL collaborations public relations efforts and coordination with local and international media.
- Provide administrative and operational support in the planning and implementation of the monthly social media calendar.
- Arrange VIP guest photography and maintain updated records for guest archives.
- Support DOMC in CSR programs and campaigns
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
- 35 years of relevant experience in Marketing or Communications including 12 years in a supervisory or managerial role within hospitality or luxury sectors.
- Proven ability to generate creative concepts and storytelling ideas for luxury branding integrated marketing campaigns and experiential events.
- Strong visual and conceptual thinking with a keen eye for detail aesthetics and alignment with brand identity.
- Strong project management organizational and vendor negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with luxury branding corporate identity standards and visual storytelling.
- Bilingual preferred (Vietnamese & English).
