Job Summary (Project Manager - SAP/HR):
- Organize and facilitate project management activities from initiation through project close.
- Lead and engage with multiple business units and teams to deliver key projects and strategic initiatives.
- Apply Agile and servant leadership principles fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Coordinate project planning PI planning requirement gathering sessions and provide roadmap/status updates.
- Facilitate collaboration across internal and external teams identifying risks resolving conflicts and removing impediments.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders in preparation for project activities and events.
- Make realistic and appropriate commitments regarding project deliverables.
- Utilize project management tools (Jira Structure Teams SharePoint) to plan track and communicate project activities KPIs and delivery results.
- Work closely with Product Owners leaders and managers to create product roadmaps and maintain a well-refined backlog.
- Coach writing of value-driven user stories features and epics.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple workstreams ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational guidelines.
- Participate in technology/solution decisions with architecture and product teams and ensure proper documentation of technical requirements.
- Support project prioritization and intake process.
- Apply critical thinking and analytical skills for decision-making risk detection and mitigation.
- Manage expectations of project teams and stakeholders.
- Requirements include PMP certification SAFe Agile SDLC experience and strong partnership with Product Owner.
