NOVOs wide range of service programs offer a variety of options to provide a seamless single source distribution system. NOVOs regional healthcare linen facilities are HLAC accredited and operate with state-of-the-art processing equipment and processes.
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive EHS Manager to help oversee and promote the highest health and safety standards across our operations. Reporting to the Director of EHS this role is vital in ensuring regulatory compliance developing effective safety programs and fostering a culture where safety is a shared responsibility at every level.
Conduct regular facility safety audits and inspections to identify risks and ensure compliance.
Develop implement and maintain safety policies and procedures aligned with OSHA and industry standards.
Create and deliver training programs including train-the-trainer initiatives on safe work practices proper equipment use and emergency protocols.
Lead investigations into incidents accidents and near-misses recommending and tracking corrective actions.
Monitor adherence to safety regulations and company policies maintaining all necessary records for audits and inspections.
Mentor and guide plant safety committees ensuring effectiveness engagement and continuous improvement.
Partner with hourly personnel safety committees and management to identify hazards and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Stay current on regulatory updates and best practices in occupational safety.
Work independently while traveling up to 50% of the time.
