This position will provide administrative and clerical support to multiple senior leaders and the Office Manager. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the administrative office by coordinating schedules managing office resources and facilitating communication across departments.
Responsibilities but not limited:
Provide direct administrative support to senior leadership and the Office Manager.
Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and handling incoming communications.
Perform general clerical duties including data entry document preparation and filing.
Maintain office and administrative supply inventory; coordinate procurement as needed.
Coordinate meetings prepare agendas take minutes and ensure proper follow-up on action items.
Manage travel arrangements including booking flights accommodations and transportation.
Support calendar management appointment scheduling and meeting logistics.
Handle internal and external communications professionally and efficiently.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks with attention to detail.
Maintain a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.
Exceptional organizational time management and multitasking abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to exercise discretion and handle confidential information.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology.
Must speak and read English.
Pass criminal background check and drug screen.
Temp position with the possibility of becoming permanent.
$24.00 per hour depending on experience.
