About The Role
As Business Operations Coordinator you will provide advanced administrative support to senior management and staff of the Victorian Technology Services team located at ABC Southbank.
Youll manage the onboarding process and staff engagements rostering travel management procurement maintain resources and information to assist staff with internal processes and procedures including providing guidance on the ABC Enterprise Agreement compliance and policy related enquiries.
Collaborating with key internal stakeholders to ensure internal policies and processes are followed.
You will contribute to the monthly and annual budget process including the provision of accurate data to feed into the budget management process.

About You
As an experienced administrator you possess advanced organisational skills with an aptitude for accuracy attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines. You are confident in the use of a range of software applications including UKG SAP Finance and Microsoft Office Suite with a passion for continuous learning. Experience with or knowledge of Confluence is desirable.
Youre an effective problem-solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to improve operational processes and efficiencies.

About ABC Product & Technology:
The Product & Technology (P&T) division is responsible for delivering the technology and services that enable the ABC to fulfil its creative strategic and business goals. The scope of activities and responsibilities of the P&T division range from keeping ABC programs and services on-air and on-line to delivering on key projects as well as assisting in setting the technology strategy and architecture for the ABC.
