Axpo Polska also provides services to more than 25000 companies from the small and medium-sized enterprises segment and since April 2020 it has only been offering energy with a certified origin from renewable energy sources. While supporting energy transition in Poland the Company also implements large-scale photovoltaic projects.
Currently we are looking for: Application Manager Business Central
Your responsibilities:
- Solutions Deployment: deploying solutions to the system and ensuring they function correctly monitoring and testing development
- Licensing and Compliance: managing software/ system licenses ensuring compliance with legal requirements IT General Controls compliance assurance.
- Full ownership of the local management of Business Central - Project management and coordination for BC implementation assessing the demands of the local business Interacting with software vendor negotiating contracts evaluating new applications.
- User Support: Providing technical support to end-users troubleshooting issues and resolving software-related problems internal training for employees
- Service Oversight: Ensuring consistent high-quality client service in an effective and cost-efficient manner
- Managing audits and addressing observations across entire organization
- Financial Management: Managing budgets and finding ways to reduce costs without compromising business satisfaction.
Our requirements:
- University Degree desired preferably in IT finance and accounting and related fields of study
- Proven experience in application management and ITIL-based service support.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of enterprise systems maintenance and lifecycle
- Solid experience in vendor and contract management with a proven ability to develop clear documentation and procedures
- Proven experience of financial and accounting enterprise systems solutions development nice to have experience with Business Central
- Experience with working in an Agile environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive detail-oriented and quality-driven approach
- Strong organizational planning and time management skills
- Effective collaboration skills able to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
- Skilled at building strong relationships particularly with business stakeholders
- Ability to explain IT issues to business users
- Good command of spoken and written business both English and Polish
