Job Description
Wide and Wise Talent Partner is growing and were looking for someone whos ready to grow with us.
If youre early in your career passionate about startups and eager to blend your interest in business development recruitment and people operations this could be your place.
What Youll Do
- Support our business development activities by identifying new leads and helping us connect with startup founders People & Culture teams and hiring managers.
- Assist in the preparation of client proposals presentations and partnership materials.
- Take part in recruitment operations by coordinating with our internal team and understanding client needs.
- Help us grow our network within the startup and scale-up ecosystem from VC communities to founder platforms.
- Track report and organize key activities across CRM and communication tools.
Who You Are
- You have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment HR sales support or business development roles ideally in a startup recruitment agency or HR-tech environment.
- Youre curious driven and eager to learn not afraid to take initiative and make things happen.
- Youre a natural communicator and comfortable speaking with clients and partners in both Turkish and English.
- You love working in a collaborative remote-first environment and value structure as much as creativity.
- Bonus: You follow the startup world enjoy connecting with people and want to grow your career in talent recruitment or strategic partnerships.
