Manager Integration & Engagement

  • 2-Year Secondment Role
  • Location: Flexible

About the role:

The Manager Planning Integration & Engagement leads strategic planning change management communications and oversees program governance for Home Claims Customers (HCC). The role ensures initiatives are aligned prioritised well-communicated and embedded to deliver high-quality customer-focused outcomes driving transparency accountability and adoption.

Key Accountabilities:

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Influence and negotiate with leaders to secure recognition of HCC priorities and drive unified approaches that deliver the best results for our people
  • Partner with HCCLT to position change management as a strategic priority and build change capability within their teams
  • Lead coach and develop a high-performing team across planning governance change and engagement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Enterprise Delivery and Consumer Tribe to align priorities manage competing initiatives and ensure consistent people-focused outcomes.

Change Management & Integration

  • Uplift the capability of change management across HCC
  • Manage and coach the change team to strengthen technical change management capability enabling the design and delivery of change plans that ensure smooth transitions and lasting embedment of initiatives across HCC
  • Anticipate and manage change risks with a proactive solutions-focused approach

Strategic Planning

  • Lead the development and maintenance of a rolling pipeline of initiatives for HCC ensuring prioritisation aligns with business strategy and resourcing capacity
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to the Home Claims Leadership Team to optimise delivery outcomes and balance competing priorities
  • Ensure project and initiative planning supports long-term strategic goals while maintaining operational flexibility

Engagement & Communication

  • Design and deliver a holistic engagement and communication framework that is strategic consistent and impactful across all HCC teams
  • Provide expert communication advice to senior leaders ensuring messages are clear aligned and support organisational priorities
  • Lead key engagement initiatives such as recognition programs leadership forums roadshows and conferences

Governance & Reporting

  • Establish and maintain a robust governance framework that ensures initiatives are high quality strategically aligned compliant and transparent
  • Facilitate governance forums to monitor progress escalate issues and ensure accountability
  • Provide clear concise and insightful reporting to leadership and key stakeholders

About You:

  • Professional qualification/training in Project Delivery Change Management Information Technology (preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in project and portfolio management
  • Extensive Experience in Change Management or Change Leadership (mandatory)
  • Strong operational knowledge of the business
  • Experience working on large programs of work

Key Capabilities:

  • Proven experience in project and program delivery
