Job Title: CONTRACT Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
This is a 6-12 month contract to start

Location: Remote preference in France Germany or UK

Department: Global Talent Acquisition

Reports To: Global Talent Acquisition Operations Manager

Were looking for a passionate and curious Contract Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Evotec youll have the freedom to ask the hard questions think outside the box and find creative solutions that push us forward. Its a role where your curiosity will fuel both your personal growth and the success of the team.

What Youll Do:

  • Manage autonomously the different talent acquisition solutions to source engage attract and secure the right talent for our organization within a highly scientific environment
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs execute effective sourcing engagement screening and behavioural based interviews that delivers a diverse range of candidates and provides an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Possess strong ability to screen assess interview and build relationships within the different talent communities in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain market intelligence and a network of talent and potential candidates through previous experience pro-active research and on-going relationships; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates demonstrating ability to anticipate manager requirements through high interview to offer ratios.
  • Display confidence to work with metrics and reporting to establish recruitment updates and insight to ensure hiring is effective and can clearly demonstrate successes vs areas of focus.
  • Generate and recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the enhancement of hiring processes implementing changes and new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Evotecs mission.
  • Contribute to or lead Projects designed to implement a change initiative and enhance delivery.
  • Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables timelines formal tracking and reporting results
  • Generate and recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the enhancement of hiring processes implementing changes and new procedures and promoting the fine-tuning of standard methods for talent acquisition.

What we are looking for:

  • Passion for talent acquisition with an extensive track record and experience with talent acquisition in complex working environments
  • Expert understanding of talent networks and recruitment landscapes across different countries and regions
  • Experience in sourcing and recruiting niche and specialist capabilities across countries in EMEA and/or US
  • Ability to execute sourcing activities including but not limited to employer brand promotion talent engagement and attraction supporting events and meet-ups and quality candidate pipeline generation with a significant proportion of direct and passive sourcing
  • Business fluency in French & English
