Job Description

  • Talent Sourcing; utilize various sourcing methods including online job boards professional networks and referrals to identify and attract top talent
  • Screen interview and assess candidates to evaluate their qualifications skills and expertise ensuring they meet the specific requirements of each position
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on candidate selection and market trends
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends market conditions and hiring practices to develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Provide a positive and professional experience to candidates throughout the recruitment process ensuring clear communication and timely feedback
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track key performance indicators and provide insights for continuous improvement

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition roles with big multinational organizations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to partner with the business
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Excellent English language skills
