Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track key performance indicators and provide insights for continuous improvement
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree
5-7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition roles with big multinational organizations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to partner with the business
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
