Job Description

Your knowledge expertise and experience across operations leadership culture and partnerships will contribute to a child rights-focussed approach to our service delivery positioning 54 reasons as a practice leader in the sector to deliver real and measurable outcomes for the people we work with.

In this full-time permanent role youll have a unique opportunity to lead and inspire our QLD team to achieve impact for children families and communities. Ideally based in Brisbane (though well consider other locations) and as a member of our 54 reasons Senior Management Team youll determine direction and priorities of the organisation reporting directly to the Executive Director.

A strong leadership approach that combines operational excellence with flexibility and resilience will see you and your team achieve success.
