Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in Atlanta GA. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes to ensure products meet required standards. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing quality management systems conducting inspections monitoring compliance managing quality control teams and coordinating with other departments to address quality-related issues. The role also involves continuous improvements to processes and ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards
- Experience in conducting inspections audits and compliance monitoring
- Ability to manage and lead quality control teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Familiarity with industry certifications such as SQF Level II
- Bachelors degree in Quality Management Engineering or a related field
- Experience in the manufacturing or production industry is a plus
