About the role
As a Customer Service Advisor your join our friendly and professional call-handing team who are the hub for customer contact within the organisation.
It is an exciting and fast-paced role that requires a wide-range of knowledge. The team works closely with each other and with other teams across all areas of the business. As a Customer Service Advisor youll be the first point of contact for Cornwall Housings customers. Youll be dealing with a high-volume of contact through multi channels including telephone email letter forms social media and in-person.

We are currently recruiting for 3 fixed term contracts to cover secondments. One contract is for 6 months and the other two will be for 9 months. Please indicate on your application your preference or if youd like to be considered for all available.
Our offer to you
Salary:25619.00
Working Hours:37 hours per week
Contract Type:This is a fixed term contract. 1 x 9 months 1 x 6 months due to Secondments.
Base:Hybrid working - working from office home site and in the community as needed. Your base will be our main office in Chy Trevail Bodmin PL31 2FR. This role requires you to typically work from the office at least 2 day/s per week.
