Your role will include:
Handling customer queries via chat phone and email aiming for first-contact resolution
Taking ownership of complex cases from start to finish building trust and ensuring fairness
Supporting fraud investigations dispute resolution and complaint handling with care
Identifying and assisting vulnerable customers escalating where needed
Coaching peers sharing knowledge and enhancing processes and service quality
Staying adaptable to evolving business priorities and customer needs
What youll need:
Native or fluent English (C1/C2)
Minimum 12 months experience in customer service or banking financial services or insurance in Ireland
Strong communication skills with empathy and professionalism
Resilience and confidence in making fair decisions on complex cases
Experience as a subject matter expert supporting and guiding peers
Flexible adaptable and quick to learn new tools (Slack GSuite etc.)
