Job Description
Role Summary
Job Title: Asset Manager (Real Estate) - Regio Vlaanderen
Location: Montagne du Parc 3 1000 Brussels
End Date: 31/07/2026(Extendable)
Telework: 50% Brussels office 50% homeworking/mission
Language: English(Good) French(Good) Dutch (Native)
Mission Context:
- Work in Facility Management (FAC) within the Real Estate domain: Asset Management Property Management Program Development.
- Focus: Managing real estate portfolio in line with client needs improving productivity/returns and reducing costs/risks.
- Activities include sourcing new spaces negotiating lease/sale/purchase terms and optimizing underperforming assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management
- Prepare real estate files (technical legal administrative fiscal).
- Conduct due diligence valuations broker agreements bid handling contract drafting.
Lease Termination
- Prepare files restore properties to original state negotiate with owners draft agreements.
Sourcing New Properties
- In coordination with Customer Relationship Manager (CRM).
Portfolio Optimization
- Analyse & propose solutions for profitability.
Negotiations & Contracts
Reporting & Compliance
Administration
Education:
- Masters degree (Engineering Economics or Law)
Experience:
Mandatory
- 5 years in Real Estate
- MS Office
- Knowledge of real estate regulations in Flanders
Preferable
- Basic technical knowledge of buildings
Soft Skills
- Flexible team-oriented
- Strong communication (oral & written)
- Risk management ability
- Solution-oriented results-driven
Restrictions:
- Must be immediately available
- No side real estate activities allowed during the contract
