We are looking for a Client Retention Representative (Outbound) to engage with customers and drive business growth through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
The role focuses on reconnecting with inactive customers winning back those who have switched providers and converting prospective clients who have previously inquired but not committed. This position is critical for fostering customer loyalty and increasing revenue through effective communication and strategic follow-ups.
What You ll Do
- Make outbound calls to customers who have not ordered in 12 months or more aiming for 120 connected calls per day (15 per hour).
- Develop and implement strategies to win back customers who have switched to other providers addressing their concerns and highlighting value propositions.
- Work on prospective reports contacting customers who inquired but did not place orders to convert them into active clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions call outcomes and follow-up actions in CRM systems.
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve outreach strategies based on customer feedback.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call volume customer retention and conversion rates.
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries ensuring a positive experience.
What You Bring
We re looking for someone who:
- 3 years of experience in customer service sales or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage customers effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and objections.
- High level of organization and attention to detail in managing customer data and reports.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet daily call targets.
- Adaptability to handle diverse customer needs and tailor approaches accordingly.
