- Conducting outbound sales activities to identify and engage potential clients
- Generating leads through various channels and qualifying them for business opportunities
- Nurturing leads through the sales pipeline to convert them into customers
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for driving sales growth
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements
- Proven work experience in B2B sales
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of lead generation and nurturing techniques

Attractive Salary and Incentives
1-3 years of experience in manufacturing Proven expertise in sheet metal fabrication Strong knowledge of 5S and lean manufacturing principles Proficiency in inventory control and optimization Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Experience in providing data-driven reporting to support production optimization Proficient in production planning, manpower management, and output tracking.
